June 1

CIB Summer Session Begins with Course Introductions to Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic and Latin.   All required texts are in the Scriptorium and may be obtained just before the first class begins. Please make sure you confirm you are attending if you wish to make sure you have books reserved.

ANNUAL KID’S CLUB  – Our annual presentation of The Pilgrim’s Progress.

CIB Registration is due on the last day of Summer Session, for 1st Semester.

 

FIRST SEMESTER 2024

September

Labor Day Weekend – Annual Family Camp at Shiloh Bible Camp.  This is a great weekend of relaxation! Friday Dinner through Monday Lunch.

First Day After Labor Day Weekend Classes Begin! – Student Orientation 8:00 a.m.

Check with Office for Missions Meetings.  Missions Meeting:

  • Mission’s trip in February of 2020 (contact Joel if you wish to go) to New Guinea.  Joel will be instructing at the ESE Bible Institute.
  • See the BIBLE MASTERY DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM, which is now available in 500 Languages.
  • GET YOUR PASSPORT if you plan on going anywhere outside of the country.

Annual Missions Banquet – Cancelled

12th – Free Sunday Seminary Begins.  Old Testament Survey will be offered Sunday Afternoons.  These run at half schedule and go through the month of May.  A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those completing the course.  For College Credit see the CIB office.

New Manuscripts and Ancient Artifacts are on display at the Scriptorium. You are welcome to view them.

 

SUNDAY SEMINARY – Classes at 1 P.M.

Classes are offered at no cost and are subject to change depending upon level of interest.  Classes have the option of College Credit.

Hebrew Grammar

Introduces 90% of all Grammar you will need to know in order to read the Hebrew Bible. Lots of Hebrew Reading in Class. You will need at least 4 hours weekly personal study time. Books: Hebrew Bible and Grammer.

Church History

What has happened since the book of Acts ended.  See where the Church has gone thorugh the last two thousand years.  Book: CHURCH HISTORY IN PLAIN LANGUAGE.  Optional Assignments if Desired.

Attributes of God

You only think you know God!  Focus on WHO He is, WHAT He is, and His CHARACTER.  It will forever change the way you see God.  Text requires Reading (and Workbook for the serious).

New Testament Survey

Learn the New Testament to get a good grasp on the whole. Text: Survey.
